A Pokémon B2B account is a trade account that lets a registered business buy sealed Pokémon TCG product at trade prices, invoiced to the company. TCG Bestia is an importer based in Spain that opens B2B accounts for card shops, online stores and vending operators across the EU, for Japanese, Korean and Chinese Pokémon, One Piece and Dragon Ball Fusion World, with intra-community invoices without VAT for businesses with a valid EU VAT number.

Key points

  • Who qualifies: registered businesses that resell. No consumer sales.
  • What you need: company details, an EU VAT number that validates in VIES, and a sales channel.
  • How it works: apply, we check your details, then prices, stock and online ordering open in your account.
  • What TCG Bestia is not: an official distributor. It is an independent importer of Asian product.

B2B account vs buying retail

B2B trade account Buying retail or on marketplaces
Invoice To your company, intra-EU without VAT if your VAT number is valid Consumer receipt, VAT included

Proof of origin Ask for the supplier's invoices and import paperwork Rarely available, especially on Japanese product

Step by step: opening a Pokémon B2B account

  1. Apply on the wholesale account application with your company name, country, VAT number and type of business.
  2. Verification. We check the VAT number in VIES and the business activity. If something is missing, we ask for it.
  3. Access. Once approved, you see prices and availability and order online.
  4. Invoice and delivery. Intra-community supply without VAT for valid EU VAT numbers; VAT is then handled in your own country (ask your accountant).

What you can buy with a TCG Bestia B2B account

Every product is listed in the catalogue for stores.

How to check a B2B supplier before your first order

  • The invoice comes from an identifiable company with a VAT number you can check in VIES.
  • The supplier tells you where the goods ship from and has stock in Europe.
  • It answers in writing about product origin and claims.
  • It does not call itself "official" without proof. Each TCG Bestia import from Asia comes with the supplier's invoice and its EU import declaration.
