RETAIL POLICY

TCG BESTIA operates exclusively under a B2B (Business to Business) model. This policy defines the terms of our relationship with shops and distributors.

1. Access Requirements

To access our wholesale pricing, the partner must:

Be a registered business with a retail-related activity.
Have an operating physical or online store.
Have a valid tax identification (VAT) number.

2. Orders and Logistics

All orders are subject to stock availability. Shipments are made from our European warehouse, across the EU, once payment is confirmed.

3. Authenticity Verification

We sell original product imported directly from Japan, Korea and China, and we inspect every batch received with the "Anti-Reseal Check" protocol to detect tampered packaging. TCG Bestia has no licence or agreement with The Pokémon Company, Bandai or any other publisher: it is an independent importer.

4. Returns

Given the nature of the product (collectibles and TCG), returns will not be accepted for products whose factory seal has been altered or damaged by the customer.
