RETAIL POLICY

TCG BESTIA operates exclusively under a B2B (Business to Business) model. This policy defines the terms of our relationship with shops and distributors.

1. Access Requirements

To access our wholesale pricing, the partner must:

Be a registered business with a retail-related activity.
Have an operating physical or online store.
Have a valid tax identification (VAT) number.

2. Orders and Logistics

All orders are subject to stock availability. Shipments are made from our European warehouse with an estimated delivery time of 24 business hours within mainland Spain, and fast shipping across the EU, once payment is confirmed.

3. Authenticity Verification

We guarantee that 100% of our product is original and has not been tampered with. We apply the "Anti-Reseal Check" security protocol on every batch received.

4. Returns

Given the nature of the product (collectibles and TCG), returns will not be accepted for products whose factory seal has been altered or damaged by the customer.
